Shipping Policy

At Max’s Pet Supplies, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every item is prepared with care.

Processing Times

Standard Items (treats, toys, accessories, bandanas, grooming products): Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Apparel (hoodies, jumpers, T‑shirts, embroidered items): Apparel is made to order. We batch‑order blank garments every Monday.

  • If you place an order before Monday, your garment will be ordered on the upcoming Monday.

  • If you place an order after Monday (e.g., Wednesday), your garment will be ordered the following Monday. Once the blank garment has been ordered, production takes 1–2 weeks, depending on workload. Your apparel order will be shipped as soon as it is completed.

Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 — used for most parcels and larger orders.

  • Royal Mail Second Class (stamp) — used for small, flat items such as bandanas that fit in an envelope.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail delivery estimates:

  • Tracked 48: Usually 2 working days after dispatch.

  • Second Class: Usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to Royal Mail delays.

Order Updates

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification once your order has been dispatched. Apparel orders will not receive progress updates during production unless there is a delay.
